We are looking for

FP&A Systems & Analytics Expert (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in Europe - in Germany

Your tasks:

Own the design setup and continuous improvement of FP&A reporting planning and analytics tools to enable accurate forecasting insightful analysis and scalable decision-making across the organization.

• Own and optimize FP&A planning and reporting tools.

• Act as system owner for FP&A platforms and ensure system integration.

• Partner with BI to translate FP&A requirements into scalable solutions.

• Develop standardized reports dashboards and executive reporting.

• Build and maintain budgeting forecasting and long-range planning models.

• Ensure data accuracy governance and reconciliation across systems.

• Drive automation and efficiency in planning and reporting processes.

• Support system implementations upgrades and user training.

• 510 years of experience in FP&A financial reporting or financial systems roles.

• Proven experience implementing and owning FP&A planning and reporting tools.

• Strong hands-on expertise with FP&A and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Jedox Tableau).

• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial and data modeling capabilities.

• Experience with data integration ETL concepts and system interfaces.

• Ability to translate financial logic into robust system and data structures.

• Hands-on pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in English or German.
