After strengthening competencies and harmonizing our service structure over the last year we are now ready to take the next step. To support this journey we are looking for a Service Business Development Manager who can think strategically and act hands-on.
Turn ideas into scalable offerings
As our new Service Business Development Manager you will be responsible for defining developing and implementing the future of our global service business. The role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to turn ideas into scalable service offerings together with customers and internal teams worldwide. You will play a key role in expanding our service product portfolio beyond traditional support leveraging digitalization data and customer collaboration.

Strong insight in industrial setups combined with a commercial mindset
The desired candidate has a solid technical background including experience in Service Business Development aftermarket or industrial services for B2B markets. Furthermore you have a strong understanding of industrial equipment automation and/or software-driven solutions.
Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience working in international organizations and partner networks.
Commercial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in designing self-service functionalities for customers.
Experience in creating loyalty or rewards programs.
Experience with customer portals and e-commerce solutions.

1-2 new service offerings successfully launched and adopted in selected regions.
Strong customer involvement in shaping our future service solutions.

A solid foundation for scaling digital and data-driven services globally.
In AGRAMKOW you will
Play a key role in transforming our service business from reactive to proactive and to develop and implement a range of service products to generate customer satisfaction and business for AGRAMKOW.
You will be direct manager of one service product developer and work closely with our IT developers external partners and global experts within the appliance industry.
Report to our Global Service Director.
