Reliability Technician Lead HeatsetPosition Overview
Reliability Tech Lead-Heatset
Overview:
Lead maintenance operations in theHeatsetDepartment to ensure equipment reliability efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Supervise daily activities mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in safety quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee andassistwith equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
Maintain mechanical systems (power transmission motors gearboxes) and hydraulic/pneumaticcontrolsetc.
Execute condition maintenance and develop job plans from PM/PdMfindings.
Mentor Reliability Techs (Levels DB) and ensure staff traininginSOP compliance.
Execute assigned or scheduled work orders in support of projects and process improvement (PI) efforts identified as critical to businessobjectiveswith direction of theHeatsetDepartment Manager
Support safety initiatives and coordinate training.
Manage parts ordering and SHARP system usage.
Communicate with supervisors and organize work across shifts including weekends/holidays.
Adhere to a normal work schedule but flexible enough to communicate with all the shifts (nights and days) and be able toworkweekends and holidays as.
Requirements:
Knowledge of safety practices (LOTO PPE Confined Space etc.).
Advanced fabrication and project execution skills.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop solutions.
Strong math mechanical schematic interpretation and troubleshooting skills.
