The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in driving operational excellence and sustainability. As a Maintenance Planner Scheduler youll be at the heart of ensuring safety quality delivery cost and inventory goals are met through proactive planning and collaboration. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain accurate maintenance schedules to meet deadlines.
- Prioritize work orders and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor safety compliance and conduct audits.
- Drive actions to improve quality and yield performance.
- Collaborate with production control for on-time delivery.
- Manage inventory accuracy and support sourcing of parts/tools.
- Build job plans including BOMs and ensure complete kitting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and technician training.
Your Background
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in maintenance planning materials coordination or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (CMMS) and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shift assignments.
- Preferred: Transformer manufacturing experience.
