The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in driving operational excellence and sustainability. As a Maintenance Planner Scheduler youll be at the heart of ensuring safety quality delivery cost and inventory goals are met through proactive planning and collaboration. This is your chance to make a real impact by coaching an engaged workforce and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain accurate maintenance schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize work orders and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor safety compliance and conduct audits.
  • Drive actions to improve quality and yield performance.
  • Collaborate with production control for on-time delivery.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and support sourcing of parts/tools.
  • Build job plans including BOMs and ensure complete kitting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and technician training.

Your Background

  • 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in maintenance planning materials coordination or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (CMMS) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shift assignments.
  • Preferred: Transformer manufacturing experience.
