Automotive Sales Consultant: KIA
We are an exciting brand newKia dealership locatedin the rapidly growing community of Southaven MS and were building our founding sales team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up while representing one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry.
About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Consultant you will deliver a modern transparent and customer-focused buying experience. Youll help customers find the perfectnew or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing Youre perfect for us; we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in person online and by phone
Conduct vehicle presentations demonstrations and test drives
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
Build trust and long-term customer relationships
Follow up with internet leads showroom traffic and referrals
Maintain knowledge of Kia products features and incentives
Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes
What Were Looking For
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and people skills
High energy positive attitude and self-motivation
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
