該崗位面向對業務分析BA領域有濃厚興趣的應屆生或在讀學生協助團隊開展客戶需求梳理專案跟進文件編寫等基礎工作通過參與需求分析使用者測試跨部門協作等實踐累積業務拆解文檔輸出與項目推進經驗為產品與項目順利落地提供支持
核心工作職責
需求整理與分析輔助協助與客戶或內部業務團隊對接整理需求資訊並進行初步分類撰寫需求訪談紀錄功能規格文件FS等基礎文檔確保需求傳達準確 使用者測試支持協助設計使用者測試場景與測試用例參與測試執行過程記錄測試結果與問題反饋協助跟進問題修復進度 專案進度追蹤協助監控專案進度整理項目里程碑數據及時反饋項目推進中的阻礙與問題支持項目會議的順利開展 文檔與簡報準備協助編寫會議紀錄專案階段總結等文件參與簡報素材收集與整理協助製作項目進度或需求相關簡報 跨部門協作支援配合研發設計測試等跨部門團隊開展資料彙整需求同步等基礎協作工作確保信息傳遞暢通 專案測試執行根據測試計劃與用例執行項目功能測試回歸測試等基礎測試工作協助保障產品交付質量
任職要求
教育背景
工商管理資訊管理計算機科學電子工程等相關專業大學本科及以上學歷應屆生在讀學生均可
工作經驗
具備基礎的業務分析或項目管理概念者優先 有參與校內項目課程設計或相關實習經驗如協助需求整理文件編寫者優先 無強制工作經驗要求願意主動學習積極參與實踐即可
知識與技能
瞭解基礎的項目管理流程或產品開發週期者優先 熟練使用 Office 辦公軟件WordExcelPowerPoint具備基礎的文檔編寫與數據整理能力 具備基礎的還輯思維能力能協助進行簡單的需求拆解與分類
素質與能力
態度認真負責細心謹慎具備良好的責任感與服務意識 具備優秀的溝通表達能力善於傾聽與協調能快速適應團隊协作 學習能力強自驅力足對業務分析產品開發領域有濃厚興趣 能保證穩定的實習時長每周至少 3-4 天
