Job Summary
Capital Hyundai of Jacksonville (NC) is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultantto join our growing team! In this role you will engage with a diverse customer base understand their needs and guide them confidently through the car-buying process in both English and Spanish. You will leverage your sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional culturally responsive customer service.
What youll be doing:
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs through effective questioning in English and Spanish.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly explaining features and benefits to a diverse customer base.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up on opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and increase customer engagement.
- Manage inventory awareness by tracking available vehicles and ensuring proper lot display.
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate financing options trade-in values and payment plans.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries in both languages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership-wide sales goals.
What were looking for:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in retail sales and customer service preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math concepts.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently with strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused phone etiquette.
- A valid drivers license.
