Lead Data analyst with insurance

Location: Katowice - 2 days office / 3 days remote

We are looking for a top-notch technology savvy specialists willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. Your key responsibilities

Your client responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with onsite coordinators
Assist in the planning and execution of project deliverables
Conduct business analysis gather functional and non-functional requirements
Communicate with customer representatives as required
Be willing to travel to customer locations when necessary

Your people responsibilities:

Adhere to and champion quality standards
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
Contribute to organization-wide initiatives.
Designing new functionalities and solutions.
Optimizing existing processes and system components.
Creating prototypes and proof-of-concept for new/improved modules.
Researching technological possibilities and analyzing trends.

To qualify for the role you must have

3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of the design techniques of relational databases as well as data marts data warehouses and data lakes
Experience in data migration
Experience in Data Cleaning and Preparation
Experience in Data Exploration and Analysis.
Data Visualization and Reporting skills using no code or low code solutions
SQL analysis and development experience
English proficiency (verbal and written)
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.)

Ideally youll also have

Familiarity with BI/ETL/Bigdata technologies
Understanding of industry-specific regulations like BCBS 239 and MiFID
Experience with real-time data processing and data warehousing aggregation
Previously worked on migration projects in Insurance and Banking sectors
Understanding of financial service industry-specific accounting frameworks like the General Ledger and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Knowledge and experience in the application of GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in the financial services sector
Experience with BI tools like PowerBI Tableau
