As a Senior Data Scientist youll play a strategic role in developing the next generation of AI-driven products and services that power intelligent decision-making across the organization.
Youll partner with stakeholders across engineering product and business domains to design build and deploy machine learning systems that turn complex data into a competitive advantage. Your work will directly influence the evolution of the companys award-winning platform which processes billions of dollars daily.

Recruitment process:

Responsibilities:
- Design build and deploy autonomous AI agents and advanced ML models to automate workflows and enhance product capabilities.
- Fine-tune and implement large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for natural language tasks.
- Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks that deliver measurable business value.
- Generate insights that inform product decisions and optimize processes across the organization.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
- Build reproducible scalable pipelines that ensure model reliability in production.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML trends contributing to the organizations long-term data and innovation strategy.
Requirements:
- A minimum 45 years of commercial experience in Data Science with proven progression in complexity and business impact.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and cloud-based data solutions (GCP preferred).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs transformer architectures and agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex).
- Understanding of the full MLOps lifecycle including CI/CD experiment tracking and model governance.
- Strong data storytelling ability with BI tools such as Looker.
- Clear structured communication able to distill technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- MSc or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience with Terraform or distributed data processing (e.g. Apache Spark).
