As a Buyer Chemicals (Fedrigoni Special Papers) you will play a key role in the transformation of a Corporate Procurement team with the ambition to be the Best in Class. The impact youll have:

• You will contribute to managing the procurement of chemicals for the Business Unit being involved in the global commodity strategies implementation with a specific focus in the sourcing execution.
• You will foster long-term partnerships with suppliers acting as their focal point for supplier visits business reviews and negotiations price lists and quality management.
• You will manage the order processing workflow ensuring strategic stock management in accordance with the production plan.
• You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders such as Operations Supply Chain R&D Quality and Finance.
• You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Regional and Global Commodity Managers.
• You will prepare and analyze performance risk and sustainability reports for business meetings.
• You will conduct comparative analysis about suppliers capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw materials.
• You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets.

What youll bring to the team:

• Degree in Economics Business Administration Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years experience in a similar role in Procurement Planning or Supply Chain.
• Passion and interest in the Procurement area.
• Negotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit analytical approach project management skills.
• Drive and initiative high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Eagerness to work in a team and foster partnerships across departments in an international environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Fluency in Italian and English.
