Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to support the daily operations of the Nordic Issuance and Corporate Actions Operations department which is responsible for the operational handling of issuance and corporate action events in the Danish and Norwegian Central Securities Depositories (CSDs).

Responsibilities and main tasks

Perform data quality checks and reconciliation.
Handle client enquiries within selected areas.
Support the core operations team in managing and resolving cases.
Support updates to relevant operational documentation.
Participate in testing of new functionality.

Authority

Authority to perform assigned operational and customer related tasks in line with established procedures and instructions.
Escalate customer requests or issues to the responsible Operations Specialist or Manager.

Competencyand personalrequirements

Strong interest in financial markets and post trade environment.
Quick to learn new systems processes and concepts.
Structured and detail oriented with focus on data quality.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
