They include records management use of computer answering calls scheduling appointments recording attendance using copiers fax and postal meter enrolling adult education students bulk mailing receiving & recording payments and balancing cash. Prefer 2 years of office experience and skill in word processing software (brochures etc.). Must demonstrate high levels of initiative organization communication and interpersonal : Placement on the Classified Staff salary schedule based upon qualifications and experience. The schedule generally is Tuesday-Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. During registration period the hours are 5 days a week from 3:30-9:00 p.m. Total hours for contract will be prorated for the remainder of the contract year.
