This is an early engineering hire where your work directly shapes the product the stack and the future of the company. Youll be building production-grade AI agents used by some of the largest enterprises in the world; Microsoft Mercedes-Benz and more.

What youll take on

Architect build and ship production-ready AI agent systems that read edit and flag risks in enterprise contracts and documents.
Collaborate directly with founders and product leaders to define technical strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
Design intelligent full-stack solutions across Python databases backend systems and front-end integrations.
Own code quality CI/CD pipelines testing and deployment processes.
Push the boundaries of agent frameworks (LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen) and AI-first engineering practices.
Measure success optimize workflows and continuously improve product performance at scale.

What theyre looking for

Minimum 5 years experience building AI products in Python and modern AI frameworks.
Experience with agent-driven systems CI/CD databases and full-stack development.
Comfortable in ambiguous fast-moving environments where youll take ownership of hard problems.
A builder at heart someone who wants to influence product engineering and technical culture from day one.
Bonus if youve worked in enterprise software startups or AI-heavy environments.
