Job Summary
Description Of Job Duties
Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with day-to-day operations including but not limited to; recruiting monitoring the student-athletes success and progress academically and athletically organizing practice and game strategies administrative duties film breakdown; as well as assisting with fundraising and community outreach programs. The GA will also assist the Head Coach in academic monitoring and the integration of academics into our sport. We use lacrosse as a tool to help students develop good academic and life habits.
Job Qualifications
Accepted into a graduate program at North Central College. Experience playing or coaching lacrosse or athletic administrative experience. Excellent written and verbal communication presentation interpersonal and analytical skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience in college athletics strongly preferred. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record strongly preferred.
