What Youll Do;

• Lead and Inspire Change: Take charge of managing and driving forward change across our business applications ensuring they are robust reliable and ready for the future.
• Design & Implement Solutions: Use your expertise to implement strategic solutions that support our evolving needs working closely with business areas and technical teams.
• Champion Social Care Systems: Bring your experience of the Councils Social Care Management systemsespecially LiquidLogicto deliver improvements that directly impact our community.
• Engage Stakeholders & Lead Teams: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide effective line management and mentorship to a talented team of analysts and engineers.

What Were Looking For;

• Proven experience in managing and delivering change within complex business application environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design implement and support innovative solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LiquidLogic or similar Social Care Management systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and line management skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
