What youll be doing

As part of the Global Asset Management Private Credit team this role will be centered around the origination evaluation and execution of new and follow-on investments as well as the monitoring of existing portfolio borrower performance. Investments will be made across the private credit ecosystem including sponsor buyout financings asset-based financing and corporate lending.

How youll succeed

• Leading or supportingunderwriting effortsacross a mix of corporate lending transactions and ABF credits. Building and managing detailed financial models; analyzing company performance collateral pools and capital structures. Conducting in-depth review of due diligence on new investment opportunities. Drafting comprehensiveinvestment committee materialsand participate in internal approval processes.

• Partner with internal legal and external counsel tonegotiate and review credit documentation including term sheets loan agreements and intercreditor arrangements. Conducting industry and counterparty diligence; coordinate with third-party advisors and internal portfolio teams.

• Participate in post-closeportfolio monitoring performance tracking and amendments/restructurings when applicable. Develop meaningful relationships with existing and prospective external partnerships. Managing quarterly and ad-hoc reporting to investors

Who you are

• You have a Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field.

• You can demonstrate your experience. 5-7 years of experience in investment banking private debt/credit investing opportunistic credit structured finance leveraged finance or asset-based lending. Excellent credit fundamentals with experience underwriting private credit transactions. Solid understanding of legal documentation and transaction structuring.
