As a Senior Software Developer you will provide technical leadership across the Customer Platforms ensuring solutions delivered are high quality cost effective and meet and exceed support and operational requirements.

How youll be part of the action

In this role youll report to the Engineering Manager and play a key part in designing developing testing and documenting high-quality solutions. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Lead design and development of robust scalable software solutions
Drive technical leadership and mentor team members to build capability
Create and maintain high-quality code aligned with best practices
Optimise applications for performance reliability and cost efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs

Youre a confident problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional software solutions. You combine technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Significant experience working with Intersystems IRIS/Ensemble and relevant technologies including all aspects of product lifecycle & process development delivery and support.
Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to influence and drive adoption and a continuous improvement culture within a team.
A results driven approach including a proactive management of problems.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.
Ability to foster cross team collaboration.
Solid understanding of relevant legislation and associated regulations.
Knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries.
