Fitness Trainer & Group Class Leader

Compensation: range $21-$26 hourly based on previous experience.

How you will make an impact

• Performing fitness assessments which include vital signs.

• Prescribing an appropriate exercise program including flexibility strength and cardiovascular training.

• Educating and evaluating members on proper exercise techniques.

• Assisting with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.

• Maintaining a clean and safe fitness area for members.

• Building strong relationships with residents and staff encouraging them to be physically active.

What you will need

• Minimum of 1-year fitness instruction experience required

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

• Current lifeguard preferred

• Personal Trainer Certification required

• Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus
