Responsibilities

In your role asa JuniorHRBP reporting to the HRBPfor Fabriano Business and working closely with the rest of the HR Team youwill support the team in thefollowing main activities:


Howyoullelevate creativity:

• Support day-to-day HR topics for colleagues in our Fabriano locations: Production Sites (FabrianoPioracoCastelraimondo) and Fabriano HQ contributing to thecorrectdeployment of key HR processes and initiatives.

• Act as a genuine employee champion an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers driven by the purposeoffacilitatingour transformational journey.

• Support theteam inmanaging day-to-day local Trade Union topics.

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships employee experience during all lifecyclesandengagementand increase productivity and retention.

• Supportall human resources operationsandhelpensure they are aligned withbusinessgoals.

• Support in end-of-the-endselectionand recruitment processes.

• Support rewards process implementation i.e. Salary review MBO budget - in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.

• Support theTalent Development activitiestrainingand projects implementation.

• Collaborate with HR Generalists on payroll and administrative topics (e.g. correct cost center attribution job titles).

• Keep all HR systems updated withaccuratedata input.

• Monitor key HR KPIs (e.g. absenteeism turnover overtime) and support the design and implementation of improvement actionsin the plants.

The attitudes and skillswerelooking for:

• 1-3yearsof experience in HR functions withinstructuredcompanies.

• Degree inlegaleconomicspsychologyand/orrelatedfields.

• Human Resources enthusiast.

• Dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and motivation to work in a complex organization undergoing continuous transformation.

• Analyticalskills and KPIorientated.

• Excellent relational skills and can work incross-functionalteams.

• FluentinEnglish.
