Who you are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking Software Developer Interns to help us deliver our MyGeotab cloud you love technology and are keen to join an industry leader we would love to hear from you!
What youll do:
As a Software Developer your key areas of responsibility will be the design implementation and deployment of MyGeotab. You will work closely with the Cloud Automation and Site Reliability teams to build resilient cloud systems to support our fleet tracking business. To be successful in this role you should be a self-starter who can effectively collaborate with hybrid/remote teams. You should be interested in learning new architectures and design patterns. You should be familiar with object oriented design.
The opportunity:
- 8 - 12 month work-term beginning May 2026
- Full-time paid internship: Monday - Friday37.5hrs/week.

How youll make an impact:
- Learn C# and software design patterns
- Learn how our system is deployed in the cloud
- Assist and participate in code reviews
- Improve skills and knowledge of source control with Git
- Deliver quality code with high test coverage
- Working with platform improvements maintenance optimization and Object oriented design
What youll bring to the role:
- Pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science Math Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with developing applications for a Linux environment
- Experience withobject-oriented design unit testing optimization and multithreaded programming (C# /.Net Core preferred) Postgres and SQL.
- Experience with GBQ Cloud Computing( GCP AWS Azure)
- Some experience with Typescript or Javascript HTML and CSS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
