As aRegistered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs)at Lake Ridge Care Center youll provide nursing care administer medications and treatments monitor resident health as well as monitor nursing personnel during assigned shift. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: On-Call
Wage Range:
RN:$34.23 - $40.75 / hour depending on experience
LPN:$28.41 - $36.29 / hour depending on experience
Location:310 Lake Blvd S Buffalo MN 55313
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Works to coordinate oversee and provide resident-related care.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
- Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
