Join us as Service Engineer in our dynamic Aftermarket & Service team delivering essential support for advanced subsea monitoring systems. Our solutions include leak detection systems and condition monitoring systems for rotating machinery subsea serving clients this role you will work with advanced acoustic sensors for subsea monitoring including configuration and commissioning of these sensors.

What you will be doing

  • Perform monthly remote logins on delivered subsea systems for leak detection and condition monitoring. This includes customer follow-up and reporting.
  • Commissioning startup and activation of new acoustic sensors performed either from our remote center at Hegreneset at the customers remote center or offshore
  • Execute EFAT (Extended Factory Acceptance Tests)
  • Test troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Provide general service and upgrades both in-house and on-site
  • Configuration of acoustic sensors for subsea monitoring
  • Perform internal administrative tasks as part of service operation

We think you should have

  • Comfortable working with Linux Windows and SQL databases
  • Preferably familiar with communication protocols such as CANBUS MODBUS IWIS and TCP/IP
  • Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in one of the following fields: Software Electronics Automation. Newly graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice
  • Ability to meet health requirements for offshore work
  • Eligible for worldwide work visa
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with varied tasks
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English both written and spoken
