Are you the Clinical Supervisor we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with our youth and families!

JRIs Community Based Services division provides care to ensure that families and their children with significant behavioral emotional and mental health needs obtain the services necessary for success in the home school and community.

In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting this mission. Our staff provide services in the communities where the people we serve live utilizing strength-based and needs-driven choices offering a team-based approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in culturally competent individualized services and the use of evidence-based practices.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $70000 to $80000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI provides the training so that:

  • YOU will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills with your own caseload as well as be able to provide supervision training and clinical oversight to staff who are providing therapeutic services to youth and their families impacted by trauma.
  • YOU will work with the Program Director to coordinate and supervise daily program operations and develop and implement new program initiatives.
  • YOU will manage quality control of clinical paperwork such as intake or discharge process documentation through chart and utilization review to ensure compliance and timeliness.
  • YOU will understand and have the ability to apply trauma-informed practice and treatment to support parents with clinical needs of the youth they serve.
  • YOU will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients and their families.
  • YOU will create a strong liaison relationship with families and clients as well as other service and community-based providers.

Requirements:

  • Position requires a Masters degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university.
  • Independently licensed LICSW or LMHC.
  • Substantial experience in the provision of mental health community-based and crisis intervention services for individuals youth and families.
  • Must possess knowledge of growth and development and an understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by the target population.
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical position working with a high-risk population is required. Prior administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting with target population preferred.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
