This is an exciting role that demands experience in workflow management tools. As a member of our dedicated support team you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving issues related to our workflow management tool GTPw (Global Tax Platform Workflow) and OGM (One Global Methodology). You will also be actively involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new enhancements and updates. Additionally you will be responsible for delivering informative and engaging tool demonstrations to various stakeholders showcasing the capabilities and benefits of of the tool. Your expertise and communication skills will be key in driving the successful adoption and optimization of our workflow management tool across the organization.

To be a strong resource by conducting thorough analyses of technical problems collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and providing essential support to teams in configuring and utilizing the tool.

Your key responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality in service delivery
- Maintain interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm in matrixed geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to improving the processes and propose credible options
Skills and attributes for success
- Capability to understand an end-to-end process
- Understanding of EY delivery methodology for Global Compliance Reporting/Tax Finance Operate engagements
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and packages such as Excel or Power BI
- Basic knowledge on Tax and Accounting
To qualify for the role you must have
- Have excellent quality in service delivery
- Ensure the standard operating procedure is followed
- Flag the risks appropriately at right time
Ideally you must also
- Have an analytical mindset quick learner and capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and be able to deliver work in a structured manner
- Have the ability to coordinate project activities and work well with different teams including geographically dispersed resources across multiple teams within EY and the client side
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
What we look for
- Bachelors or masters degree preferably Commerce or Business Management
- 1 2 years experience of working in a multi-cultural and team environment
