Job Title: JM Millwrights (Contract)
Location: Calgary

Expected Duration: 3.5 Months
Compensation: $35$45 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently looking for Journeyperson Millwrights for a commercial project starting January 2026

Key Details

Work Schedule:

• Local hires: Standard 40-hour week
• Fly-in/Fly-out: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (client preference is for local candidates)

Position Length: 3.5 months

General Duties

• Perform installation maintenance alignment and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems
• Support start-up and commissioning activities at the refinery site
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
• Follow all site safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings

Requirements

• Journeyperson Millwright (Red Seal or equivalent certification)
• Minimum 35 years of experience preferred
• CSTS 2020
• Fall Protection / Working at Heights

Additional Requirements:

• Must complete site orientation and online training prior to start
• Must be able to provide all certifications before end of December
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Scissor Lift / Aerial Work Platform (preferred)
