THIS IS A 32HOUR GUARANTEE. 40HRS IS NOT AVAILABLE

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient s comprehensive plan of care.

Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to:

splints
orthoses
prostheses
wheelchairs
ADL equipment
Modalities.

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirement description : NOTE THIS IS A 32HR GT!

2 years current experience required
Inpatient experience required
Doctorate required
Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Perm address must be included in profile
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

BLS (AHA)

Massachusetts

Weekend Requirements : Part of Shift /Holiday rotation required
