Responsibilities

Approve orders for nautical and safety-related materials spare parts repairs vessel requirements and services within the approved budget
Maintain close contact with vessels to manage claims repairs and technical issues
Handle shipyard periods and coordinate repairs efficiently
Conduct and oversee preventive maintenance activities
Assess and monitor onboard performance
Work closely with the Head of the Technical & Nautical Department to address and resolve major technical matters

Your Profile

Completed commercial training with further qualification as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience
Solid knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and tax law
Strong organizational skills with a structured service-oriented working style
Team player with excellent communication abilities
Confident in both German and English written and spoken
