Pay Rate: $57.00 hourly on W2

Job Description:

The System Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining complex systems within industrial plants.

They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant processes enhance efficiency and ensure reliable operation.

Responsibilities:

System Design: Develop and design control systems instrumentation and automation solutions for plant equipment and processes.
Integration: Integrate various subsystems (such as PLCs SCADA DCS) to create a cohesive and efficient plant-wide system.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plant systems ensuring minimal downtime.
Process Optimization: Analyze data identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Maintenance: Oversee system maintenance upgrades and preventive measures. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations industry standards and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in electrical mechanical or chemical engineering.

Experience:

Prior experience in industrial automation control systems or process engineering.

Skills:

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Allen-Bradley).
Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
Familiarity with P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
