Job Summary
Title : TA (Transfer Agency)Platform Experienced Developer
Location : Malvern PA ( 3 days onsite )
- 5 years of professional experience working with Transfer Agency (TA) platforms or systems in financial services environments
- Deep Transfer Agency functional expertise with hands-on experience reviewing configuring implementing or validating TA systems (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Proven experience conducting TA system reviews platform validations control assessments or readiness evaluations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end TA operational workflows including transaction processing account maintenance reporting reconciliation and investor recordkeeping
- Solid knowledge of TA controls data integrity and regulatory considerations with the ability to assess system behavior against compliance and operational standards
- Demonstrated experience developing detailed test cases and validation scenarios for complex financial systems based on real-world TA use cases
- Ability to evaluate and compare TA platforms against industry benchmarks and best practices identifying gaps risks and improvement opportunities
