Role Purpose
The Technology Head will lead end-to-end technology strategy for Eureka Forbes driving digital transformation across products manufacturing supply chain sales service and customer experience. The role will focus on building scalable secure and future-ready platforms supporting IoT-enabled products D2C field service operations and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the overall technology and digital roadmap aligned with business strategy.
Lead enterprise-wide IT digital data and cybersecurity initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on technology-led growth.
Product & IoT Technology
Drive technology for connected products (IoT-enabled water purifiers air purifiers vacuum cleaners).
Oversee embedded systems cloud connectivity device management and data analytics.
Partner with R&D and product teams to enable smart scalable and secure product platforms.
Enterprise Applications & Digital Platforms
Own ERP CRM SCM FSM (Field Service Management) and HRMS platforms.
Strengthen D2C e-commerce mobile apps dealer portals and service platforms.
Ensure seamless integration across manufacturing sales service and customer touchpoints.
Service & Field Force Digitization
Enable digital tools for large field service and installation workforce.
Improve service turnaround time first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction through tech.
Drive predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics using IoT and analytics.
Data Analytics & AI
Build enterprise data platforms and dashboards for business insights.
Leverage AI/ML for demand forecasting service optimization churn reduction and personalization.
Promote a data-driven culture across functions.
Cybersecurity & Governance
Ensure robust IT governance cybersecurity and data privacy frameworks.
Manage risks related to customer data connected devices and digital platforms.
Ensure compliance with relevant IT data protection and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Partner Management
Manage technology vendors system integrators and cloud partners.
Drive cost optimization ROI tracking and contract governance.
Build strategic partnerships for emerging technologies.
People Leadership
Key Skills & Competencies
Enterprise technology leadership in consumer-facing businesses
Strong understanding of IoT cloud digital platforms and data analytics
Experience with D2C e-commerce and service-heavy business models
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Excellent stakeholder and change management skills
Qualifications & Experience
/ BE / MCA; MBA preferred
18–25 years of experience in Technology / IT / Digital leadership roles
Experience in Consumer Durables FMCG Retail or IoT-driven businesses preferred
Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs
KPIs / Success Metrics
Technology-driven revenue and CX improvement
Stability and scalability of digital platforms
