Join a rapidly growing pain management group serving the Venice and Port Charlotte communities in Southwest Florida. Were seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to deliver comprehensive interventional pain care in a collaborative patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $400000 - $500000 annually plus performance bonuses

Position Highlights

Youll work Monday through Friday in an outpatient practice setting with no nights weekends or call responsibilities. This established practice offers a steady referral base and the opportunity to perform the full scope of interventional pain management procedures including spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump placements. Youll work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Youll perform advanced interventional procedures including epidural injections facet interventions radiofrequency ablations spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump placements. The role involves conducting comprehensive pain evaluations and developing evidence-based individualized treatment plans. Youll collaborate with nurses physical therapists and specialists to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining current knowledge of pain management innovations and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have an MD or DO with Anesthesiology residency training and a completed ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship. Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine is required along with a Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain) and DEA licensure. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication abilities patient rapport and a commitment to compassionate evidence-based care are essential.
