Were seeking an exceptional Senior Software Development Manager with demonstrated success in building and scaling teams that operate horizontally across large organizations. Youll lead our Trust CX Innovations team in developing enterprise-wide AI solutions that span Amazons entire Devices & Services (D&S) portfolio requiring extensive collaboration across product teams technical organizations and business units.

Lead development of Amazons unified AI trust and privacy frameworks across all D&S products
Build and grow teams that can effectively support multiple product organizations simultaneously
Create scalable solutions that can be adopted by diverse technical teams
Drive standardization and consistency in AI implementation across the D&S organization

Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams capable of supporting multiple product organizations
Establish standardized metrics and KPIs that work across different product contexts

Implement shared ML Ops practices that work across diverse technical environments
About the team
Were a strategic innovation team within Amazon Devices & Services that operates at the intersection of innovative AI technology privacy engineering and customer experience. Our horizontal charter spans all D&S products and services requiring us to build solutions that work at enterprise scale while meeting the unique needs of individual product teams.
- Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering or related technical field
- 7 years of engineering team management experience
- 10 years of planning designing developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Proven track record of building and growing teams that operate horizontally across large organizations
- 3 years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML products at scale
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption of shared technologies across multiple product lines
- Experience managing matrix organizations and influencing without direct authority
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-organizational collaboration
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs projects and development teams in an Agile environment
- Experience in a fast paced dynamic organization
- Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related fields
