We are working with a highly reputable andwell knownfacilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continuedexpansionwe are currently looking to recruit a Electrical Working Supervisor.

Role:

Supervise electrical engineers and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with current regulations and standards.
Plan schedule and coordinate electrical work taking into account factors such as H&S customer demand project timelines and resource availability.

You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance works to a retail outlet chain throughout the region.
Role will include all elements of electrical ppm and reactive maintenance works installation alterations etc as well as some general building maintenancerepairs
You will be working mobile throughout the area.
Providing excellent customer service when on site.

Person:

You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent 17th or 18thedition and ideally 2391 but this is not essential
You will have electrical maintenance experience - ppm and reactiverepairs on commercial sites hold some experience within a working supervisory role.
You will live locally and happy with travel throughout the region and further whenneeded
You must have a fullukdrivinglicence
Good IT skills

Package:

Base salary 41990inclusive of standby fee
