Summary:
Directs Facilities Management department (and EVS department where appropriate) activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission values and objectives of the organization. Oversees and integrates facilities management activities for common licensure strategy and are applicable to all facilities/campus of the license.Responsibilities:
Evaluates and supports efficient budgets of departments and ensure compliance with department operational budgets. Support internal and external and coordinates compliance with various regulatory and accrediting and evaluates infrastructure planning activities to achieve efficiencies and department operations to align systems to achieve performance quality and business implements and administrates department goals plans and standards consistent with the administrative legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the planning and discussions with Construction Services and Facilities Directors across the system in order to achieve systemness on important activities such as capital budget planning hurricane preparation standardization and cost savings where appropriate.Competencies:
