Responsibilities
Responsibilities in our Survey Group
- Work closely with Project Managers and our Indianapolis Department of Public Works clients staff on data and record research for regulatory compliance issues
- You will utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) and our clients database as well as historic record files
- You will have the opportunity to experience working as a consultant within a client environment
- You will perform research and summarize findings as well as prepare documentation including permit applications associated technical exhibits design drawings and details and location and inspection records.
Qualifications
- Student majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Construction Engineering Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
- Reliable transportation to and from office location
- Strong work ethic willingness to learn and try new things
