ResponsibilitiesPosition overview:
Lead the specialist group as well as staff qualification with a range of approximately 40-80 staff.
Main tasks:
- Ensuring the functionality of the assembly Line incl. the required compliance with costs deadlines of productivity and quality
- Technical and disciplinary management of a foreman area
- Providing the necessary personnel
- Initiate optimisation of existing processes
- Contributing to design-to-cost measures on series products in cooperation with the development department
- Ensuring the introduction of new products into the production process
- Carry out and implement CIP measures
- Ensure compliance with the 5S theme (organisation order cleanliness standardisation discipline).
Qualifications- Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or industrial mechanic
- Further training as industrial foreman for metal or technician for mechanical engineering
- Experience in managing employees
- Soft skills in the area of employee management and development
- Ability to work in a team willingness to perform basic commercial knowledge
- SAP Excel Office Word Power Point
- Good language skills in German and English
