About the Role

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to join our NZ Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and lead Ingram Micros Partner Sales division in New Zealand. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction of the sales function building and sustaining long-term partner relationships and driving revenue growth across key accounts. You will lead a multi-layered team of sales leaders account managers and the Key Account Sales team shaping the culture performance and capability of the business

Role Requirements

  • A seasoned leader with proven experience heading partner or channel sales at a senior level
  • Skilled at leading medium to large multi-level teams and developing leaders of leaders
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of achieving ambitious growth targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills able to influence executives partners and teams while inspiring confidence and engagement across varied audiences
  • Comfortable navigating complex markets identifying opportunities and driving business transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the partner sales strategy ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market opportunities
  • Inspire mentor and empower a large diverse sales team fostering high performance and accountability
  • Own revenue and growth outcomes across key partner accounts driving profitability and long-term relationships
  • Engage regularly with senior leadership to report performance shape strategy and identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyse market trends competitive landscape and partner dynamics to inform decisions and maintain a competitive edge
