Expert Guidance:Serve as the primary resource for Medical Coding expertise.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement strategies to optimize coding operations and processing.
Training & Support:Develop training materials and provide support to coding staff.
Issue Resolution:Address complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
Compliance:Ensure coding practices meet regulatory standards and perform regular audits.

Job Specification:

Education:Any Bachelors degree in a related field
Experience:3 years in medical coding with specialty IPDRG.
Skills:In-depth knowledge of coding processes strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in relevant software.
