About your manager

Roman Šťáhlavský leads our Technology Consulting team for the SAP area. He has been working in consulting since 1997 and has worked on many projects for both Czech and international clients. When he is not working he is probably playing as a bass guitarist with his band.

• Work across the full project lifecycle: design implementation and maintenance of SAP applications - S/4HANA FI/CO

• Lead Fit to Standard workshops with stakeholders.

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Ensure quality assurance of development in clients SAP environments.

• Communicate and collaborate proactively with customers.

• Coordinate assigned project teams and mentor junior colleagues.

• Contribute to new business development (upselling presales proposals).

Requirements of the role

• 3 years in a technology/consulting firm (consulting background preferred).

• Experience with SAP technologies and a proven track record in SAP implementations.

• Flexibility ownership reliability independence.

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and multitasking.

• Advanced MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Czech and English proficiency; German is a huge advantage.
