About the Role

We are looking for an experienced founder-caliber leader to own early engagement and commercial partnerships with AI companies. You will shape how Sygaldrys quantumaccelerated AI servers are adopted by AI organizations. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with the GTM Product and AI teams.

You will act as a trusted interface between Sygaldrys technical teams and the broader AI ecosystem helping partners understand how quantum acceleration can transform their AI workloads. Youll work closely with model builders hyperscalers AI labs and advanced enterprise teams to understand their needs translate our technical capabilities into clear value and design early commercial engagements (LOIs pilot agreements capacity reservations) that inform our product and gotomarket strategy.

This role offers meaningful ownership executivelevel collaboration and a frontrow seat in building quantum superintelligence that is affordable sustainable and secure.

What Youll Do

Ecosystem & Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with AI labs model builders hyperscalers and other strategic partners.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for technical and business leaders evaluating quantumaccelerated AI infrastructure.

• Engage partners early to understand their workflows constraints and longterm objectives.

• Identify and develop co-design engagements with select partners and customers (Can you add this bullet to the GTM role for AI under this section)

Product & Technical Translation

• Help partners understand how Sygaldrys hybrid quantumclassical servers fit into their existing stacks and future roadmaps.

• Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal technical teams ensuring both sides are aligned.

Early Commercialization & Partnerships

• Shape and close forwardlooking commercial frameworkssuch as letters of intent pilot agreements reservations or capacity commitmentsthat help derisk development and signal real demand.

• Support endtoend deal execution in collaboration with leadership balancing partner needs technical feasibility and longterm strategy.

• Ensure early commercial structures lay a foundation for scalable future revenue motions.

Strategy & Signal Generation

• Contribute to market mapping and customer prioritisation based on real ecosystem signal.

• Identify patterns across partners that inform our gotomarket approach and product direction.

• Create lightweight materials (decks briefs partner overviews) to support external conversations.

What Success Looks Like

• Trusted relationships with key players in the AI ecosystem leading to early commercial commitments that meaningfully influence Sygaldrys product and strategy.

• Clear insights into how frontier AI teams evaluate and adopt quantumaccelerated infrastructure.

• Tight feedback loops between ecosystem signal and product development.

• A repeatable foundation for future ecosystem partnerships or GTM efforts

You May Be a Good Fit If You Are

• A former technical founder or earlystage operator who has worked closely with product and engineering teams.

• Energized by building longterm partnerships and shaping how new technology enters the market.

• Experienced engaging deeply technical audiences as well as senior business leaders at large organizations; you can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

• Familiar with the AI landscape including labs model builders and infrastructure platforms.

• Excited by building from zero to one and iterating based on real world feedback

• Comfortable operating across product engineering and commercial conversations and motivated by high impact you want your work to materially shape the companys trajectory

• You ideally have a strong technical foundation (degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Physics Mathematics or a related field) or equivalent handson experience building AI/ML systems or infrastructure.
