Trade Assistant – Afternoon Shifts on Offer!

Eptec delivers across a diverse range of industry sectors including naval defence marine transport and infrastructure. Recent projects of the Eptec Group include Warragamba Dam Pipeline Brisbane X-River Rail Sydney Metro Trains Old Murray Bridge Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers (AWDs) Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs) and the previous four Collins Class Submarine Full Cycle Dockings (FCDs) in SA.

About the role:

We are seeking skilled Trade Assistants to join our growing team based at Osborne SA working afternoon shifts from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

• Surface and paint preparation.
• General site maintenance
• Manual Handling/Laboring
• Usage of equipments and hand power tools.
• Working in confined spaces
• Overtime and some weekend work available
• Opportunity for training & development

Skills/Experience:

• Industrial spray painter experience (Highly advantageous)
• Painting-decorating / Roller/brush experience (Handy)
• Strong safety mindset
• Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
• High Risk Tickets e.g. FL EWP confined space (desirable)
• Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience ideally.
• Team player and safety-first attitude
