Compensation: $50$52 per hour

Shift & Schedule:

• Monday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

• TuesdayFriday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (or 7:00 AM 3:00 PM based on departmental needs)

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist Generalist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise patient-centered care and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays and fluoroscopic examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process positioning patients accurately and ensuring comfort and safety

• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images

• Adhere to radiation safety standards including ALARA principles to protect patients staff and self

• Review images for technical quality and accuracy prior to submission for physician interpretation

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within RIS and EMR systems

• Collaborate with radiologists physicians and clinical staff to support timely and effective patient care

• Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report malfunctions or safety concerns

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements

• Assist with patient mobility and transfers as needed during imaging procedures

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) program or equivalent

• Current New York State licensure

• ARRT certification and active registration required

• Strong knowledge of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures

• Excellent analytical and technical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
