Position Overview
Travel opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care setting
Evening shift assignment supporting resident care
Ideal for dependable and flexible travel nurses
Important Requirements
Must have own reliable transportation
Must have own housing
Must be able to work both weekends during the assignment
No overtime available at this time
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor assess and document resident conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license (state-appropriate or compact as applicable)
Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
