About the candidate
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience of working in early years/KS1/KS2
Significant experience supporting autistic children /SEN experience
A patient resilient and caring approach
Enthusiasm and a keen interest in ongoing professional development in the field
of autism
