Job Summary

Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Robotics organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who are inventing the worlds most technology.
The Sr. HR Business Partner in this role will coach business clients design and deliver talent solutions to business problems and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.
To be successful in this role you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. Youll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness employee engagement and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness culture inclusion and other opportunities that you uncover.

Key job responsibilities
The role is both a strategic and hands on role including improving organizational effectiveness & design leading change management providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence. Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
- Genuine curiosity and ability to interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent acquisition and management.
- Coaching and mentoring leaders
- Ability to write strategic narratives (e.g. organizational health talent planning etc.) that directly affect the business to propose people-focused solutions and drive business outcomes.
- Creative problem solving that works backwards from the end customer and the business client.
- Success in creating and driving effective career development retention and recognition programs.
- Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create meaningful client relationships.
- The ability to think big but also not be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- The ability to develop and execute on a talent planning strategy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while continually moving initiatives forward.
- Excellent organization communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelors degree
- 8 years of HR experience

- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
- HRBP experience supporting tech populations
- Prior executive coaching experience
- Strong analytical capabilities- the ability to identify the right people metrics and implement solutions to drive positive change
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication and writing skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
