Youll be selling custom built fully automated bulk packaging systems with an average order value of $2 million. Every deal is engineered bespoke and operationally critical to your customers business.
Your conversations wont be about discounts. Theyll be about throughput uptime safety ROI and future-proofing operations.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll own the full commercial lifecycle for your territory:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan across Houston
- Managing and growing key accounts while identifying new project opportunities
- Leading complex consultative sales processes from first conversation to contract signature
- Conducting site surveys and working closely with customers to define technical and operational requirements
- Writing and presenting detailed commercial proposals and forecasts
- Negotiating with senior stakeholders across engineering operations procurement and leadership teams
- Working cross functionally with engineering project delivery and service teams to ensure flawless execution
This is a field-based role with regular customer visits. Youll manage your own diary priorities and pipeline like a professional.
What Were Looking For Youll bring:
- Proven experience selling capital equipment or high-ticket project led solutions
- A track record of winning new business and developing key accounts
- Experience selling into petrochemical fertiliser agriculture animal feed compounds or salt sectors
- A consultative relationship-led sales approach
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of automated machinery engineered systems or industrial technology
- A mechanical engineering or automation background (advantageous)
