Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Outpatient ENT Clinic

Hospital-Employed Full-Time MondayFriday No Weekends

A hospital-employed ENT (Otolaryngology) clinic in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time NP or PA to join a busy established outpatient practice.

Highlights:

  • 100% outpatient ENT clinic

  • MondayFriday schedule

  • No weekends no call

  • Strong physician support and experienced clinical staff

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage patients with ENT conditions in an outpatient setting

  • Perform follow-up visits routine ENT care and patient education

  • Order and interpret labs imaging and diagnostic tests

  • Document care in the EMR and coordinate referrals as needed

Requirements:

  • Licensed NP or PA

  • Board certified or eligible

  • ENT primary care or surgical specialty experience preferred (training available)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $115000 $160000

  • Full benefits including medical dental vision PTO CME malpractice and retirement
