We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is highly interactive and customer-facing with a primary focus on connecting with customers at our retail partner locations and setting qualified leads for in-home consultations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations building rapport and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers at retail partner locations
Educate customers on products and services in a clear friendly and professional manner
Identify customer needs and set qualified leads for follow-up appointments
Represent the company professionally and consistently with brand standards
Track and document customer interactions and leads accurately
Collaborate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
Maintain a positive energetic presence while interacting with the public

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Reliable punctual and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Schedule and Flexibility

Majority of shifts will take place Friday through Sunday
Flexible scheduling available
