We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Milton Complex Transitional Care this role you will work collaboratively with an interprofessional team to support patients through their health care journey focusing on quality of life and overall well-being during transitional care.

- Licensed with the College of Physiotherapy
- Minimum of two year experience working in an acute hospital setting
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of patient populations including medicine and complex transitional care
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact effectively with an interprofessional team
- GPA an asset
- Must be flexible and show an ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with all team members
- Physically able to manage a moderately heavy job
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Satisfactory attendance and employment record
Additional Information :
Hours: Monday - Sunday; All Shifts; 8:00-16:00 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $40.011 - $56.425 per hour
