Junior Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer with an interest in Mechanical Plumbing and Fire-Fighting systems to join our team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building services engineering working on a range of projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems (HVAC plumbing and fire-fighting) from concept through detailed design and construction.
• Contribute to calculations drawings specifications and technical documentation using CAD/BIM tools ensuring coordination with other disciplines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to support interface coordination and resolve technical queries.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English
• 1-3 years of experience with an engineering firm in a mechanical role. 
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical systems and building services design principles.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Revit or similar design software (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
•  
• Assist in the preparation of design reports Health & Safety files O&M manuals and provide technical support to bids and tenders including quantity take-offs.
• Develop technical skills through on-the-job learning and mentoring while staying informed on relevant codes standards and sustainability practices.
